From the moment I contacted Contact Home Lifts, I had excellent service. Andrew came around with a template for the floor space. Excellent! I also worked with James, who was great, Jamie, Dean and Martin, all who finished the lift in 5 hours for me. Instantly we called it "the Tardis" as it looks beautiful in our hallway and will be a great life changing help to my husband who has trouble with stairs. We have had a lift installed recently by Compact Home Lifts (Melbourne).The building preparation was carried out by Darren who cut the opening in the ceiling which was of lath and plaster construction (1880s) and required great skill and care.The lift was then installed by Jye and Daniel who also did a great job. The project was coordinated by Radhika from the office who managed to bring the project forward by 4 weeks from the original scheduled date. The installation was completed a week before Christmas which was of great benefit to us.We are very happy with the result and thank all members of the team for their contribution.Alistair and Fran Minson

I decided to call this company after hours for assistance with my home lift, and i was pleasantly surprised by the great support I received by Bakkhos! I had quite a lot of questions pretty late at night, but we powered through. He was very clear on call, and was patient with some of my mistakes. I had a very delightful experience with this company, I had to get a technician named Bakkhos to come by and help repair my motor for the lift which I had installed about a year back. After repairing the lift he also informed me about 4g as I was still stuck on 3g, and proceeded to take the time to help me upgrade. Great service from Bakkhos and the whole team. Mark is courteous and professional and explained the product, the installation process and provided options for builders and electricians to prepare and install a lift. I’m happy to say my lift is going strong, and it’s never missed a beat in the 3 years I’ve had it. I just had Liam out for its yearly service, and he was so personable, lovely and polite. Liam gave my lift a clean bill of health which is just peace of mind for yet another year.
Technician attended our home for the Stiltz Lift annual service. Friendly person, can do attitude, happy to answer our questions and concerns, told us about what has been done and what needs to be done, cleaned up after job completed. Great customer service experience. We hope Liam continues to be our service tech going forward.
