They arranged a repair to be done and it was done extremely well. Bahkos conducted the repair and was very skilled and professional. Our first service was due today and we were advised that the technician would arrive within a 3 hour window of the scheduled time. Delightfully, Mike the technician arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.Mike was very courteous and polite and after checking the whole system through, was kind enough to run through the emergency procedures again as my wife was unavailable when the lift was handed over.
