Nandara was absolutely amazing! Thanks goodness we called Compact Home Lifts when we did. We had a big issue come up with one of our lifts and honestly, we figured we had to do a complete replacement. I had a home lift installed about 3 or 4 years ago and it was having some problems recently. So I decided to reach out to Compact Home Lifts as the lift came with a great 7 year warranty. They arranged a repair to be done and it was done extremely well. Bahkos conducted the repair and was very skilled and professional. Technician attended our home for the Stiltz Lift annual service. Friendly person, can do attitude, happy to answer our questions and concerns, told us about what has been done and what needs to be done, cleaned up after job completed. Our first service was due today and we were advised that the technician would arrive within a 3 hour window of the scheduled time. Delightfully, Mike the technician arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.Mike was very courteous and polite and after checking the whole system through, was kind enough to run through the emergency procedures again as my wife was unavailable when the lift was handed over. This helped my wife and allowed me to cement my understanding of the processes to run through in the event of an emergency.We are very pleased with the professionalism of all of the technicians that we have encountered to date.

Our house was always going to be a difficult as there were limited areas where the Compact Lift could be installed. Ian was extremely helpful in finding a way to incorporate the lift to the second story which blended in to the surroundings.
