We had our dangerous old stairs replaced with a Compact Home Lift and could not be happier. Before the lift was installed we had to carry dogs up and down the stairs, which was not good for anyone. Now the dogs happily go up and down in the lift with us. The lift is very quiet and looks great in the house. Massive thanks to James Nicholson and the team for getting this done.

Technician attended our home for the Stiltz Lift annual service. Friendly person, can do attitude, happy to answer our questions and concerns, told us about what has been done and what needs to be done, cleaned up after job completed. Great customer service experience. We hope Liam continues to be our service tech going forward.

Our first service was due today and we were advised that the technician would arrive within a 3 hour window of the scheduled time. Delightfully, Mike the technician arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.Mike was very courteous and polite and after checking the whole system through, was kind enough to run through the emergency procedures again as my wife was unavailable when the lift was handed over. This helped my wife and allowed me to cement my understanding of the processes to run through in the event of an emergency.We are very pleased with the professionalism of all of the technicians that we have encountered to date.

Our house was always going to be a difficult as there were limited areas where the Compact Lift could be installed. Ian was extremely helpful in finding a way to incorporate the lift to the second story which blended in to the surroundings.
