Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Program
1. Acceptance
By referring a friend and completing the referral form you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Term
This offer is available from 20 December 2024 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time by Compact Home Lifts’. Existing claims that meet the Referral Criteria prior to the withdrawal or modification of these terms will still be honoured.
3. Referral Criteria
To be eligible for a $250 Visa Gift Card:
a) The referee must:
i) purchase a lift from Compact Home Lifts; and
ii) receive confirmation from Compact Home Lifts that installation has been completed and final handover has occurred.
b) The referrer must complete and submit the referral form within 30 days of the referee receiving confirmation from Compact Home Lifts that installation has been completed and final handover has occurred.
4. Gift Card Distribution
The $250 Visa Gift Card for both the referrer and referee will be issued once the referee’s lift installation has been completed and handover has been confirmed and the referrer has completed and submitted the referral form. Gift cards will be sent via registered post to the addresses provided. Compact Home Lifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered cards once delivery has been confirmed by Australia Post.
5. Limitations
a) This program cannot be applied to purchases made by a referee prior to 20 December 2024.
b) Participants may only make one referral claim per lift purchase.
6. Data Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will be handled in accordance with Compact Home Lifts’ Privacy Policy, available at https://compactlifts.com.au/privacy-policy/.
7. Non-Transferability
Gift cards issued under this program cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
8. Program Abuse Clause
Compact Home Lifts reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be manipulating or abusing the program, including but not limited to making false referrals or providing misleading information.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales.
