Well we finally got our Compact lift installed I our new house and I have to say it’s brilliant. Works so well runs very smoothly. Very happy with it. Thanks to Conor and Josh who arrived on time and did a great job with the install. Took the guys 4 hours or so to do the job and when finished they cleaned up and left no mess. They made sure we were fully confident with how the lift operates. Very happy.

We've now completed installation of a Compact Home Lift. It happened in two stages and went incredibly smoothly. I forget the sales rep's name but he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped determine the best location and had a keen eye for ensuring a good fit, recognising the protrusion of the curtain pelmet downstairs and an aircon conduit upstairs that had to be factored in.Less than a month after the order was signed there commenced a six hour process to cut the hole for the lift, install bracing and fit the sleeve. Daniel R and Daniel P then came about ten days later and took perhaps another six hours to unpack, assemble and install the lift.Can I say, this is life changing for us and a very good addition to any two story home. The scheduler Radhika K was very proactive in expediting this work as we needed it urgently. She fast tracked the process and for that we are grateful. There were booked eight weeks out and she cut that in half for us.I would just like to further add that all three installers were courteous, polite and professional. Their kindness, discreetness and professionalism will be remembered.Thank you to all. A definite five stars.

The preliminary works took one day to do and the two workers were very professional, left the place clean and did a great job. the following day Daniel + Conor came to install the lift, again very professional did a great job and left the place clean. We previously gave a 5-star review because James Nicholson and his installation team worked professionally and handled any issues smoothly. My husband enjoys the lift like an amusement park ride, and it fits perfectly in our small townhouse, making our lives much easier. Friends and family have even commented, “It looks sleek and futuristic.”However, our experience after installation has been disappointing. Our lift was installed on 13th February but stopped working on 26th February. Although a technician came to check on 27th February, the actual repair didn’t happen until 20th March. We were unable to use the lift for 23 days, which was extremely inconvenient. The company gave various excuses, including a delivery mistake with the replacement parts and the technician being on holiday.The technician himself was wonderful—friendly and efficient—but the company’s service and response time need serious improvement. We hope to never face this kind of issue again. Based on this experience, we are giving 3 stars this time.

The serviceman was fabulous. Very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. However, I cannot say the same for the system in place for booking appointments for the servicing of the Lift . It’s basically inefficient. Too many emails, sent too early and requested acknowledgement s never read it appears.

After a three month wait our Compact Home Lift was installed today by Liam and Harleigh. They arrived punctually as arranged and have done a wonderful job working so hard all day. They were polite and respectful in their interaction with us. Liam took time at the end of his busy day to handover the lift and show us exactly how to use it . We’ve been investigating lifts for our home for a while now. Yesterday Mark from Compact Home Lifts came to give us a quote. He was punctual, friendly and very easy to talk to. He took a really professional but personal approach to considering our options and gave great advice with clear explanations regarding pros and cons. He followed up promptly with a written quote, a contact to see a similar installed lift and has been readily available and responsive to all our further questions. Great service all round.

I am very pleased with my recently installed Compact lift. The planning and coordination of the installation was efficiently managed by James and the installation was smooth and competently carried out. My only concern was that disappointing handover by the installer- it was rushed with little opportunity for questions.I would certainly recommend Compact LiftsAt least four and a half stars.I recently had my first scheduled service, which was particularly thorough and much more detailed than expected.
