We had a a compact Elegance lift plus installed in early April 2025. The preliminary works took one day to do and the two workers were very professional, left the place clean and did a great job. the following day Daniel + Conor came to install the lift, again very professional did a great job and left the place clean. We previously gave a 5-star review because James Nicholson and his installation team worked professionally and handled any issues smoothly. My husband enjoys the lift like an amusement park ride, and it fits perfectly in our small townhouse, making our lives much easier. Friends and family have even commented, “It looks sleek and futuristic.”However, our experience after installation has been disappointing. Our lift was installed on 13th February but stopped working on 26th February. Although a technician came to check on 27th February, the actual repair didn’t happen until 20th March. We were unable to use the lift for 23 days, which was extremely inconvenient. The company gave various excuses, including a delivery mistake with the replacement parts and the technician being on holiday.The technician himself was wonderful—friendly and efficient—but the company’s service and response time need serious improvement. We hope to never face this kind of issue again. Based on this experience, we are giving 3 stars this time.

Michael P came out to service our lift, he came on time and serviced our lift as scheduled. He told us that our lift was in perfect shape , made any adjustments and he answered any questions I had regarding a couple of minor issues I’ve experienced since installation.The lift is one year old and this is our first serviceMost importantly, he was a very nice, courteous young man who knows how to engage with your customersSo far the whole experience with Compact Lifts has been very good and we plan on using the 7 year warranty program.
We have a Compact Home Lift installed. I was having problems going up and down stairs and decided to get a Lift to help me.I contacted Compact Lift and they sent Mark to give a quote. I found Mark to be knowledgeable and informative with the Compact Home Lift. We decided to go ahead and get a Compact Lift . Excellent service from Mitch. Polite, efficient and on time. The only improvement l could suggest is that there might be more notice given. I only heard that the update was required or planned, an hour or so before Mitch arrived. If l was still working it would have been difficult.
Amazing product and service. My parents live in a 2 storey house. My mum had a sudden decline in her mobility where she just couldn’t climb up the stairs anymore. This compact lift was such a great solution for them, and the team where great in making it possible.

Ian Came to see our house and met with my son, my wife and myself. We inspected some possible installation positions we had identified.Ian then showed us detailed drawings and installation data which we discussed in great detail. The serviceman was fabulous. Very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. However, I cannot say the same for the system in place for booking appointments for the servicing of the Lift . It’s basically inefficient. Too many emails, sent too early and requested acknowledgement s never read it appears.

The compact lift has just been serviced by Liam who turned up on the time agreed, and serviced the lift. Delighted with this very slick piece of engineering. My intention is never to need it… but according to my date of birth, I just may, in the foreseeable future. I am very pleased with my recently installed Compact lift. The planning and coordination of the installation was efficiently managed by James and the installation was smooth and competently carried out.
