Congratulations on such a wonderful innovative product! You have solved a major issue with renovating a 2 story house - mobility between the two floors. We both have trouble with arthritis and the Compact Lift has made our lives so much easier. Our thanks must go to David Smith who assisted us from Initial inquiries to the installation of the lift. Nothing was a problem for him! We have just had a small issue with the lift and again David was there to assist with fixing the problem immediately. We have recently installed a Compact Home Lift and we are delighted with with the whole process. The only thing would be having the appliance cord moved to the other side, both top and bottom, which would be more out of children's way. It is the best thing we ever did. We are able to live in our home and not worry about the stress of selling to down size to a low set home. We have now had our lift for 6 months and it works perfectly. The installation by the Brisbane team from builder to electrician all worked together in harmony. The co-ordination of all parties went like clock work. I have to add that our dachshund never uses the stairs and the lift is her mode of negotiating the floors. She calls out for our attention to take up or down in the lift.
Very pleased with the lift. Concerned after paying 50% deposit and had to wait 10 weeks before it could be installed but it all came together. The carpenter Jamie was extraordinary it was a very difficult small space and he did an excelent job. James Nickolson the scheduler organised everything on time.The installers did a good job but left me with cleaning the lift and I am still finding metal shavings in my carpet. That was the only complaint I have. I highly recommend Compact Lifts.

Thank you James and Chayse. Chayse explained the issue causing one foot light to be notAs working -no, it was “not just a globe gone”. He fixed the issue and Hey Presto! the top green night-visible light also reappeared. Now much safer to turn the house lights off before going up to the bedroom.

We had our lift installed recently, and are very pleased with it. The preparation, and installation process was very good, and we were kept in the loop by calls from their office at all stages of booking and installation. All the tradesmen were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing.It looks good, and does exactly what we had hoped it would, and has made my wife's life so much better. The one issue we have is the reliability and work-ability of the included emergency phone. The use of a very cheap, difficult to use item with what is an expensive piece of equipment does raise questions. I would suggest that something that can be used in all areas of Melbourne, and be user friendly, would be a major improvement. I would advise carrying your own phone when using the lift.That is the only downside we found with our lovely new addition to our house. Thank you for your product. We love it.

Our client required a lift for their new home build in Blairgowrie. After meeting Daniel in their showroom to discuss the technicalities of the lift install I knew they were the right company.We completed part of the shaft install and given the tight tolerance I called them quite a lot for advice which they were always happy to give to me.They helped with the design of the home around their lift and were very helpful with all the questions I had.We had a scratched glass panel during installation which they fixed promptly after handover.Would highly recommend and our clients where very happy with the end results

We have recently had a Compact Home Lift (Melb) installed in my mums home and I have to say, after dealing with a few other “Home Lift Companies” this was by far the most professional team I have engaged.The price for everything to completion was more than reasonable, the staff involved in every stage were kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. Every member cleaned up the site after themselves, and handover was very clear.The lift took up minimal space in the home and looks very modern. I feel my mum will be much safer and will no longer need to risk using the stairs at her age.Thank you for the amazing home lift and support.
My elderley mother was finding it difficult to walk and climb stairs in their 2 storey house. She then fell climbing the stairs about 3 months ago. Fortunately, she suffered no injuries or had any broken bones. We contacted Compact Home Lifts and within a week, David came out to check their house. He found the best location for it and invited us to visit their showrooms. My parents were comfortable using the lift in their showroom. We signed the contract and within a couple of months, the lift was installed. The whole process was efficient and easy. Their tradesmen made my feel at ease throughout the whole installation process. They use the new lift all the time and never use their staircase.

Joel came to service the lift this morning. He was polite, proficient and friendly. He explained everything concisely and even discovered something that had been perhaps forgotten at installation. ( an emergency key of sorts). Compact Home Lifts can be highly recommended and also a mention to Kelly in reception for being so accomodating and helpful.

We installed this lift April 2021 and it has proven to be a boom, since then both my wife and I have suffered illnesses that if we did not have this we would have had to sell our property and move to a single level dwelling.With regards to the installation each workman was neat, tidy and clean, we did not have to clean up after them, we could not have asked for better service and we highly recommend this company.
