From the time we visited the showroom to after it was installed (which was faster than expected - a great bonus), we encountered only exceptional service, knowledge and professionalism. A special mention to Nick Shields and Jeremy in sales and James Nicholson who coordinated the project. They made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Delighted with this very slick piece of engineering. My intention is never to need it… but according to my date of birth, I just may, in the foreseeable future. I am very pleased with my recently installed Compact lift. The planning and coordination of the installation was efficiently managed by James and the installation was smooth and competently carried out. My only concern was that disappointing handover by the installer- it was rushed with little opportunity for questions.I would certainly recommend Compact LiftsAt least four and a half stars.I recently had my first scheduled service, which was particularly thorough and much more detailed than expected.
