We purchased a Compact Elegance Home lift that was installed in May 2024.Have been very happy with the installation works that were completed in a challenging confined space, together with the lifts subsequence operations.There was a minor issue regarding one of the Perspex side panels that was reported to the Company and to the credit of the Customer Service Manager there was no hesitation in authorising the necessary works promptly, that were undertaken to our total satisfaction.The two lift installers, Daniel and Jye did a sterling job in undertaking the rectification works despite the very restrictive works area.

Just have to praise the work of Craig a great technician with Compact Home Lifts!Our lift stopped working late Friday which is a total nightmare in our 3.5 floor home with very steep stairs. My mum is almost wheelchair bound so it is very stressful when it stops working & even with remote support can't get it going over a weekendCraig was very understanding to our needs and tested the workings so thoroughly & would not leave until he was 1000% certain it was working properlyHe even reminded us about the changeover with the phone connection which we had put in the too hard basketWhat a wonderful Ambassador Craig is for your company - he certainly takes pride in his work & deserves to go high within the company!!!!

Our house was always going to be a difficult as there were limited areas where the Compact Lift could be installed. Ian was extremely helpful in finding a way to incorporate the lift to the second story which blended in to the surroundings. Dave the installer was fantastic and communicated the steps with the installation. No mess and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend a Compact Home Lift. Installing a compact lift a couple of years ago has enabled my elderly parents to stay in their home. The whole experience has been a positive one from sales to installation and service. Having researched options that could work for my husband and I, purchasing an indoor lift was the best option. We could stay in our home for less money than selling and repurchasing a home. Congratulations on such a wonderful innovative product! You have solved a major issue with renovating a 2 story house - mobility between the two floors.
