We previously gave a 5-star review because James Nicholson and his installation team worked professionally and handled any issues smoothly. My husband enjoys the lift like an amusement park ride, and it fits perfectly in our small townhouse, making our lives much easier. Friends and family have even commented, “It looks sleek and futuristic.”However, our experience after installation has been disappointing. Our lift was installed on 13th February but stopped working on 26th February. Although a technician came to check on 27th February, the actual repair didn’t happen until 20th March. We were unable to use the lift for 23 days, which was extremely inconvenient. The company gave various excuses, including a delivery mistake with the replacement parts and the technician being on holiday.The technician himself was wonderful—friendly and efficient—but the company’s service and response time need serious improvement. We hope to never face this kind of issue again. Based on this experience, we are giving 3 stars this time.
